An “Affordable Net-Zero” investment strategy

Net-Zero California has focused on analyzing and developing opportunities to improve current cap-and-trade program investments to support the state’s climate and energy affordability goals. The below memorandum summarizes our analyses to date and highlights an investment framework that could be considered as part of cap-and-trade reauthorization.
