Dan supports Net Zero California’s work across issues of finance, market design and regulatory reform, with particular focus on affordability and utility business model innovation. He has spent more than 25 years in climate finance, policy, and philanthropy, in California and nationally, most recently as the first Deputy Director for Climate Finance at California’s IBank. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley and the Kennedy School of Government, and is a proud resident of Oakland.
